PASSENGERS' BILL OF RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Your cab driver is licensed and trained to treat you with respect and courtesy.
- You are to travel in a clean, comfortable and safe vehicle.
- The most direct route or the route you request should be taken to your destination.
- A receipt should be provided upon request.
- Your driver must obey all traffic laws.
- Heat or air conditioning should be turned on/off at your request.
- You can travel without the radio being on.
- Smoking in the vehicle is prohibited.
- Please promptly pay your fare when reaching your destination.
- For your safety please use the curbside door to exit the cab.
- Please treat your driver with respect and courtesy.
- Cell phone use by the driver while operating the cab is prohibited except in emergencies or while conducting business fares
- For your safety please use your seat belt.
- Please remember to take all your belongings. Grandpa's Taxi is not responsible for lost or items left behind.

Sunday and Monday 10:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Tuesday thru Saturday 10:00 AM to 01:00 AM
Alternate times are available for your needs to the Airports.

Maximum Fares:
Flag Pull (entry) $2.50
Each additional 1/2 mile $1.50
Wait time per hour $20.00
Each additional passenger over the age of 12
and under the age of 65 $0.50
Each additional passenger over the age of 12
and under the age of 65 after 10:00 PM $5.00
Clean up Fee $50.00

From Galena to Casinos in Dubuque, Iowa Starting at $30.00
From Galena to Dubuque Airport $35.00
Each Additional Person $5.00
From Galena to Rockford Airport $55.00
Each Additional Person $10.00
